Making Your Threads Account Private:

During the initial setup of your Threads account, you’ll have the opportunity to tailor your privacy settings. By default, Threads accounts are set to private. However, if you’ve already established a public profile, here’s how to transition to private:

  1. Open the Threads App:
    • Locate the Threads app icon on your home screen or app drawer and tap to open.
  2. Access Your Profile:
    • In the bottom right corner, find the small profile icon, often represented by a silhouette or a head-and-shoulders image. Tap on this icon.
  3. Edit Your Profile:
    • On the Profile page, identify the “Edit Profile” button and tap.
  4. Activate Private Profile:
